1. EVHPPI Battery Diagnostic Inspection Report

Documents the high-voltage battery system checks, visual inspections, operational assessments and road-test findings where applicable, with inspection ratings and comments.

2. Vehicle Diagnostic Report

Provides pre-scan and post-scan electronic diagnostic results, including stored and pending fault codes across accessible vehicle control modules and systems.

3. EV & Hybrid Battery Health Report

Provides available high-voltage battery diagnostic measurements, which may include State of Health (SoH%), battery cell voltages, module temperatures, cell balance and battery performance information, depending on vehicle compatibility and manufacturer-supported diagnostic data.

Your Reports:

1. EVHPPI Full Pre-Purchase Inspection Report

A comprehensive inspection report documenting the vehicle's visual, mechanical and electrical condition, including bodywork, paint, interior, tyres, brakes, steering, suspension, high-voltage systems and road-test findings.

Inspection findings are recorded using Good, Fair, Poor and N/A ratings, supported by comments, measurements and photographs where applicable.

2. Vehicle Diagnostic Report

Provides electronic diagnostic scan results across accessible vehicle control modules and systems, including pre-scan and post-scan findings and any identified diagnostic trouble codes.

3. EV & Hybrid Battery Health Report

Provides available high-voltage battery diagnostic information, which may include State of Health (SoH%), cell voltage measurements, module temperatures, cell balance and battery performance information, depending on vehicle compatibility.

AVILOO Optional Add-On

When the AVILOO FLASH Test is selected as an optional add-on to the Full Pre-Purchase Inspection, customers will receive the AVILOO Battery Certificate for their high-voltage battery health assessment instead of the standard EVHPPI Battery Health Report.

The Full Pre-Purchase Inspection and Vehicle Diagnostic Scan & Check remain included.

AVILOO testing is available for compatible electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles only.

4. PPSR Certificate

A Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) check is included with this service, providing information on recorded security interests and other available PPSR information relating to the vehicle.

AVILOO Battery Diagnostics

Standalone Service

Industry-leading AVILOO battery diagnostics deliver an independent, detailed analysis of your EV's high-voltage battery health. Using approved testing technology and cloud analysis, we provide an Independent Battery State of Health (SoH%), remaining capacity and a detailed battery certificate — giving you greater confidence when buying or selling an electric vehicle.

Official AVILOO Battery Certificate

Following the AVILOO FLASH Test, customers receive an independent AVILOO Battery Certificate containing the available high-voltage battery health assessment and supporting battery information.

AVILOO testing is available for compatible electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles only.

Important Information About These Example Reports

The reports displayed on this page are examples only and are provided to demonstrate the type of reporting customers may receive following an EVHPPI inspection.

Battery health reports, available diagnostic information and report layouts may vary depending on the vehicle's make, model, year of manufacture and manufacturer-supported diagnostic capabilities.

Not all vehicles provide access to the same battery information. Measurements such as Battery State of Health (SoH%), individual cell voltages, battery temperatures and other battery performance data may not be available or supported on every vehicle.

The number of electronic control modules assessed, diagnostic information displayed and overall report length may also vary between vehicles.

All inspection findings and diagnostic results reflect the condition of the vehicle and the information accessible at the time of testing.

Each EVHPPI report is specific to the vehicle inspected. The examples shown do not represent guaranteed findings, measurements or report formats for every vehicle.
